June Update - Call Your Senator!

On June 25th, HB369, the bill that would eliminate costly parking mandates statewide, passed the North Carolina House with a stunning unanimous vote: 107-0!

Now it’s time for the North Carolina Senate to take action.

Call Your State Senator

We need you to call your state senator and let them know that you support the passage of HB369 in the NC Senate.

I’m calling to encourage the senator to support the passage of House Bill 369 in the Senate. That’s the bill that will get rid of costly parking mandates.

Eliminating costly parking mandates has been shown to lower housing costs and increase housing supply, something that our cities desperately need.

And it will increase walkability and transit and biking viability, making our neighborhoods more connected.

House Bill 369 passed in the North Carolina House with a unanimous vote. That’s incredible! I hope that you might play some part in getting this bill through the Senate too so it can become law.
