Asheville City Council Fall Election Endorsements

Asheville For All is pleased to endorse three candidates for Asheville City Council ahead of the November election: Maggie Ullman, Drew Ball, and Jeffrey Burroughs.

During the spring’s primary season, we had endorsed Drew Ball and Maggie Ullman, and you can read all about the reasons why here.

Now we are excited to add Jeffrey Burroughs to the list. Both on the campaign trail and in discussions with us, we’ve been more than impressed with Jeffrey’s vision for an Asheville that is not just more equitable, but more sustainable, more dynamic, and one that offers more opportunity to young people. We believe that Jeffrey’s creativity, attention to detail, and ability to mobilize others are what the city needs to move forward on solutions to Asheville’s housing shortage.
